Sorry about being M.I.A from the Delirium

There has been so much going on since the last time i posted something new. I had been pretty tied up performing the duties of our fantasy football league's commissioner, i took the family to Orlando and Disney World for my cousin's wedding, and i've just been trying to contain medium sized fires that have been suddenly popping up. The fires aren't your touch it and get burned fires, rather the kind of problems and annoying 'just part of life' fires we deal with day in and day out. I described my fires as medium because they took some time to put out. Well, one of them isn't completely out yet as the case of the water leak from one of my pipes within my first floor bathroom ceiling and wall we discovered after we got back from vacation. Thankfully the plumber i got was able to fix the leak but not without having to tear out sections of my ceiling and wall first to get to it. It's been a week now and i'm still waiting on the drywall and paint guys to connect with me. They are guys that my HOA put in for since they are taking responsibility for the expense.

Anyhow... with all that has happened maybe the chaos (or delirium) is receding and now i can get back to more important fun stuff like blogging. Well, i guess you can say without the delirium that i go through there wouldn't be Del's Delirium, eh? Thanks for sticking with me and thanks for all your patience!
